FoodStore Apps Onboarding

The Apps section is where users can enable and configure applications linked to the website. This KB is explain the features and how to configure them.

  • Allergens: Enable this feature to display allergies on your menu.
  • Detrack.com Configuration: This feature requires to have an account with detrack.com. It allows the store to share tracking information to customer when out for delivery. (see more information on https://detrack.com)
  • Custom Domain: This is the section that users can enter their domain URL in order to access their website using their domain.
  • Order date/time: There are two checkboxes in this feature, The first menu enables accepting orders after working hours of the store/restaurant. The second menu enables choosing the date and time during order, if this checkbox is disabled, the ordering time will use the average order prepare time that is setup in the store management section.
  • Paypal Configuration: Activate Paypal for accepting orders
  • Paystack Configuration: Activate Paystack for accepting orders
  • Send Status Templates: This section gives room for 5 templates to be setup for sending to the customer via WhatsApp (such as order status, payment confirmation etc)
  • Stripe link configuration: Enable this to use ChoStar’s Stripe payment solution for accepting orders.
  • Theme Switcher: Switch between themes for your website here. PS: More themes will be added in the future.
  • Stripe configuration: Activate Stripe for accepting orders
